30-Day Return Policy
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it as long as the following conditions are met:
– The item is unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging
– All original tags, accessories, and receipts are included
If these conditions are met and there are no signs of damage or use, we will provide a prepaid return label to make the return process easier.
In some cases, return shipping may be required depending on the condition of the item and the reason for return. Full return instructions will be provided during the approval process.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or only partially refunded based on our evaluation.
We Do Not Accept Returns For:
– Custom-made or personalized products
– Sale items or gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request the following to help resolve your issue quickly:
– A short video clearly showing the issue
– Or multiple photos from different angles
Our claims team reviews each case within 1 business day and will determine the best resolution based on the severity:
Return shipping is not always required and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Once claim is finalized a resolution will be dispersed within 2-3 business days.
Apartment or Shared Building Deliveries
For orders delivered to apartments or buildings with shared mailrooms:
Once the package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we consider the delivery complete.
If your package is missing:
– Please check with building staff or shared mail areas
– If still missing, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate
Each case is reviewed individually to determine the best resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 2–4 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
